We were approached 3 years ago to help reduce their outlay on

various sizes of printed PVC A4 Ring Binders. We discovered that

these were meant to be used for Customers and Senior Partners files only. They also had to order 6 months supply in advance and were paying storage fees. We introduced a low cost multi use cardboard file for every day use delivered on a just in time basis. We now hold stock for London, Manchester and Oxford.

This has so far reduced their costs by approx £25,000 per annum.

We did a similar thing with disposable plastic cups, replacing them with a personalised china cup which has reduced mess, waste bin removal and disposal.

Boston University

We have worked with the University for over 4 years on projects to protect

the bird wildlife in the Caribbean, Cuba and Puerto Rico. We act as a liaison

between the wildlife illustrator and the client helping produce the files for

printing. We then oversee the printing of the charts, the packing and

distribution for export. These charts are then sold on by the native

populations bringing in much needed funds, as well as helping the various

species to be indentified and protected.

London Borough of Havering

When the Regeneration Department of Havering were looking to launch a

New Business Awards for Havering we were asked to print all of the various

elements to Publicise and promote the event, as well as the last minute

programme and menu.2010 marks the 6th anniversary of our partnership and

we are honoured to still be associated with it.

Burberry

We have produced PVC garment tickets for the company’s UK market for

3 years running. This year we were also asked to include the European

outlets, this involved 2 different sizes over 22 price bands in Euro and

Sterling. These were then packaged up and delivered to 15 different

addresses in the UK and Europe
